It generally goes without saying that massage is thought to promote circulation and relieve muscle tension; often used as a treatment for conditions such as headaches, neck pain, and fatigue. Cupping therapy is a type of massage that uses suction cups instead of traditional massage techniques, and is thought to improve circulation and relieve pain by pulling congestion out of the muscles and tissues.
